The honest part
What it does not tell you.
- Nothing here is booked. These dates are informational until a written scope is agreed and the deposit clears, and only then does a start date belong to you.
- Every date after a review moves with you. Two extra days to approve a draft moves the launch by two days, and slow review is the most common reason a plan slips.
- It assumes content is ready at kickoff. Waiting on copy, photos or account access is the second most common reason.
- It removes weekends and nothing else. It does not know your holidays, your closures, or what is already in the studio's queue.
- It plans the project as scoped. Work added after kickoff is re-planned in the open, not quietly absorbed into the same dates.
