Payment and refunds

The 25% deposit reserves the project and starts discovery. The remaining 75% is due after the draft approval gate and before launch.

If the project stops before work begins, I return unearned funds. If work has started, the agreement identifies completed work and any remaining balance before either person makes a decision.

Hosting, domains, platform plans, and paid apps are billed at cost or paid directly by the client. They are not hidden inside the package price.

Pricing questions

Can the price change?

Only when scope changes. I write down the change and price before starting it.

Can I supply copy and photos?

Yes. Good source material keeps the schedule focused.

Do I own the site?

The client owns the store or site account and business content. The agreement explains any reusable design system code.

What costs continue after launch?

The platform, domain, and any selected paid apps. I identify those costs before approval.

Comparison context

Three ways to buy a website.

The right choice depends on budget, time, and how much custom work matters.

Which of these sounds like you?

Four common starting points.

Presence, Booking, and Storefront are fixed starting packages. Redesign begins with the existing site's real constraints.

Storefront

I sell products and need a real store with a clear catalog and checkout path.

Free tool

Project Estimator

Answer five scope questions for a configuration-based package recommendation and planning estimate.

Published package prices and add-on rates remain the source of truth.

Complete the five questions, then show the recommendation.

Slow-site cost

Wondering if the project is worth it?

The calculator asks for traffic, load time, customer value, and conversion rate. It shows rounded directional ranges, methodology, and source links.

Open the Slow-Site Cost Calculator

Method first

The calculator publishes its assumptions beside every result. The range is directional math, not a promise, and the free audit looks at the actual site.

Not sure which one fits?

The audit starts with the site and customer path you have. I will recommend the smallest useful scope, including when that means no rebuild.
